You can set up email notifications to be sent to users of a project when a certain event occurs in a project. For instance, if a milestone has been defined as an event, then when tracking data is entered indicating that the milestone has been completed, Conductra will send an automatic email message to a user stating that the milestone task has been completed. The project manager can select from a list of many events to be tracked for notification to only selected users. Events can be at the project level or at the task level for a project.
