  Conductra is an innovative Enterprise Project Management product that provides a web-native platform for Enterprise Project Management and workgroup collaboration. Conductra can be used to Plan and schedule your project, centrally store project and resource information, share this information online with your entire project management team and outside stakeholders, centrally manage and optimize resources and task allocation, standardize project reporting, and conduct Critical Path method modeling and analysis.
2. What is Enterprise Project Management ?
  Enterprise project management is the use of a structured and standard project management practices across workgroups, or across an entire organization.
3. How is Conductra different from other project management tools like Project Arena, Project Office etc. ?
  Conductra is one of the few (less than half a dozen or so) of products available today that have a True Scheduling engine, where as the rest of the products have a static Gantt chart, or a fancy calendar, or use True Scheduling engines from MS Project.
4. Why is a True Scheduling Engine Necessary ?
  A true scheduling engine takes into account all activities occurring during the project and revises the project plans dependent upon task progress. The absence of a true scheduling engine means you will have to make do with a static Gantt chart or manually perform CPM analysis.
5. What kinds of access controls does Conductra have ?
  Conductra supports extensive Multi-level Variable Access Controls with role definitions. This enables the project manager using Conductra to truly delegate project tracking information updates to lower levels. Access granularity can be maintained to task level.
6. Is Conductra available as an ASP module ?
  Conductra is available in three editions:
The Server Edition of Conductra is hosted inside your organization, with your equipment. The Workstation Edition of Conductra is installed on your workstation or Laptop.
We host the ASP edition of Conductra for your access.
7. What platforms does Conductra run on ?
  Conductra is the only project management tool currently available that runs on Windows, Linux, Solaris and many flavors of Unix.
8. What will my computer need to run Conductra ?

9. What kind of training do the project managers need ?
  Conductra has an intuitive user interface and uses standard project management terminology. Project managers with some exposure to project management tools should be able to use it effectively with in a very short period within hours.
10. What kind of training do the users need ?
  Users that have not been exposed to any project management tools can be trained to use it effectively by going through our training manual supplied with Conductra.
